Compass Elite Performance Solutions will be the marriage of our mission and our values. These values include, but are not limited to, intelligence, determination, hard work, perseverance, truth, dedication, belief and love.

The name “compass” establishes direction. The use of the word “elite” encompasses my desire to have the best approach through which people will find their direction. I believe that most individuals don’t simply want to do something different, they want to do something well. There is an inherent positive value for doing something well. Individuals gain great satisfaction, confidence, and self-efficacy from the success of doing something well.

The name of the company is designed to create meaning. I believe if you don’t know which direction you are going, you’ll never get there. I want this company to be a guide for individuals to achieve their goals. That is the service. It is that simple. When you have a dream, a goal, or a challenge, and you want to get there in the best way you don’t know how, Compass Elite will be that. That is the mission. Attached with that is a vision which establishes what the client should expect from the coach. Those values are what the client will need to be successful within a system that incorporates, encourages and emphasizes how those values can determine a positive outcome.
